Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Domestic Shipping

We offer fast and reliable delivery throughout the country. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide through trusted logistics partners. Delivery times vary by location and customs clearance procedures.
Please note that customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details. You can track your order at any time via our website or the carrier’s portal.

Europe: 7–14 business days

International (outside Europe): 10–21 business days

Returns & Refunds
Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return most items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.

Certain items such as custom orders, used equipment, or clearance products may not be eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

with your order number and reason for return.

Our support team will provide you with return instructions and the correct return address.

Ship the product back using a trackable courier service.

Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement within 7–10 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake or defect caused by Lansna Ltd.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
